as-safwah al-Mukhtarah is the chosen group, consisted by a number of outstanding people who serves for the ummah.

as-Safwah al-Mukhtarah do not have a tremendous committees, large amount of members or great number of workers, but this group posses the quality required at maximum level to be on the crest of success.

And when Saul set out with the army, he said: Lo! Allah will try you by (the ordeal of) a river. Whosoever therefore drinketh thereof he is not of me, and whosoever tasteth it not he is of me, save him who taketh (thereof) in the hollow of his hand. But they drank thereof, all save a few of them. And after he had crossed (the river), he and those who believed with him, they said: We have no power this day against Goliath and his hosts. But those who knew that they would meet Allah exclaimed: How many a little company hath overcome a mighty host by Allah's leave! Allah is with the steadfast. (2:249)

This ayatul quran from surah al-Baqarah told us about the quantity and the quality. The quantity , albeit, being neglected at first has become the key point for the group led by Talut to earn an ultimate triumph.apri4-007

We narrate unto thee their story with truth. Lo! they were young men who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance. (18:13)

This verse comes from surah al-Khafi, when Allah told us about a group of youth, exiled their village to affirm the survival of their faith. The blazed courage beneath their soul had led to a great prompt action taken by that group of brave and bold youth.

Ye are the best community that hath been raised up for mankind. Ye enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency; and ye believe in Allah. And if the People of the Scripture had believed it had been better for them. Some of them are believers; but most of them are evil-livers. (3:110)

In addition, this group needed to play an important and vital role to check and balance the recent capitalistic and materialistic races of people. They encourage good deeds and forbid bad and indecent manner.

O ye who believe! Be Allah's helpers, even as Jesus son of Mary said unto the disciples: Who are my helpers for Allah? They said: We are Allah's helpers. And a party of the Children of Israel believed, while a party disbelieved. Then We strengthened those who believed against their foe, and they became the uppermost. (61:14)
